POLEstice is a celebration of what your mind and body can do, both on and off the pole, marking the longest days, nights and pole experiences of the year. We curate holistic retreats for pole dancers, combining the opportunity to learn from incredible instructors with unique, freeing experiences.

This retreat is ideal for intermediate and advanced heels dancers. You should be confident with different grips and pirouettes on the pole. If you're not sure whether you're at the right level, contact us.
At Pole Ninjas studio in Shepperton, Surrey. The studio is just a few minutes walk from Shepperton station, which is a direct train away from London Waterloo.

If you take the train or bus, please arrive at Shepperton station, just a few minutes walk from the studio.
By car
Drive to Pole Ninjas studio, Shepperton, where parking is available.
Local trains and buses connect the area with nearby towns and stations, and Uber and local taxi services are also available.
By plane
Heathrow Airport is the closest to us at just a 17 minute drive away.
Gatwick Airport is also a direct train or 47 min drive from the studio.
We offer pole packages including all workshops, activities, breakfast, and dinner, starting from £289.
No, accommodation is not included in your package, but there are plenty of affordable, lovely places to stay nearby!

Yes! Every single element mentioned in your package is included, from the pole workshops to the pizza party.
Of course! Plenty of polers choose to attend alone and highly recommend it, in fact, over 80% of people who responded to our surveys said they'd come by themselves. The whole point is to meet like minded people.
We create an inclusive, welcoming, warm space for you to connect with others and feel at ease.
9 hours of heels pole dance workshops are included, with 6 workshops in total (each workshop is 90 minutes), plus a professional outdoor pole photoshoot and festive pole jam. A total of 10+ hours on the pole!
If you're joining for the full weekend, you can also get access to Pole Ninjas workshops on the evening of Friday 11th December.
